Hang it outside to be aired out - preferably as humidly as possible. This cleans the wool and it regains its shape.

When you select your size and the button Pre-Order appears, it means that we don't have the size in stock.

However, we will order your size at the factory of CC55.

Is your size in stock at CC55? The product will arrive at The Pilot & Crew Store within 3 business days. We then ship it immediately to you.

Pre-Order means that you need to allow approximately 7 business days to have your order Delivered At Place (DAP)

At Pilot & Crew Store, we ensure quick delivery of your orders. Items in stock will be shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of ordering.

If an item is not in stock, we will promptly order it from the factory. In this case, please allow approximately 3 to 4 business days before we can ship your order.

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible - because we know you rely on them!

• Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. The day and time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place.
• All International orders outside the EU will be delivered to your doorstep by UPS.

Separate deliveries

If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

When purchasing from the Pilot & Crew Store, please note the following regarding VAT and import duties:

1. VAT for Non-EU Customers:
   Customers outside the European Union (EU) do not pay VAT to the Pilot & Crew Store. However, VAT may be applicable in your country and will be charged by your local customs authority, if required.
2. Import Duties:
   Goods exported out of the EU may be subject to import duties in the destination country. Many countries have thresholds in place; if your order value is below this amount, it may be exempt from import duties.
3. Customer Responsibility:
   We strongly recommend that you check your country’s customs regulations to understand the VAT and/or import duties that might apply to your purchase. Visit your local customs website or contact them directly for accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Our Role:
   The Pilot & Crew Store is not responsible for any foreign taxes or import duties applied to your order. These charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by your country’s customs authority.
