We support a variety of secure payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online services such as Ideal, Klarna, and direct bank transfers. This allows you to complete your purchase smoothly and securely, no matter your location.

Products in stock are shipped the same day or the next day at the latest. Items not in stock are ordered directly from the factory, after which shipping follows via DHL, UPS, or DPD.

‘Pre-Order’ refers to items that are currently not in stock but will be specially ordered for you from our partner factory. Delivery will take place as soon as the product arrives. We offer a 2% discount on all Pre-Order items.
A Pre-Order item usually arrives within 5 business days.

Yes, we ship all orders from our location in the Netherlands via trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and DPD. International delivery is available; if your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us for a tailored solution.

Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT to Pilot & Crew Store, however, import duties and local VAT may apply in your country. These costs are charged by your local customs office.

Absolutely. Our uniforms are manufactured according to your requirements, finished with sleeve stripes according to your rank.

At our store in Sint Willebrord (Netherlands) we also provide tailoring services for individual fittings, and we offer on-site uniform solutions for companies.

Yes, we offer professional embroidery services to personalize uniforms with your logo. Embroidered items are durable and strengthen your company or airline’s brand identity.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer law. Please note that custom-made items, worn clothing (such as tailored uniforms, hosiery and outlet items) are excluded from returns. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

We strive to minimize returns to an absolute minimum. If you are unsure about sizing or need advice before ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to assist you in making the right choice from the start.

Certainly! You are welcome at our store in Sint Willebrord (near Breda International Airport). Visits are by appointment, and we will be pleased to provide personal advice and tailoring services.
