Usefull Information
Wash & Care
The best way to keep your tights looking beautiful for a longer period of time, we recommend you wash your tights by hand.
If you prefer to wash your tights in a washing machine, wash them separately or with garments of the same colour and softness in the washing machine at a temperature of 30 or 40 degrees. Please wash them on a gentle wash cycle.
What does "Pre-Order" mean?
When you select your size and the button Pre-Order appears, it means that we don't have the size in stock.
However, we will order your size at the factory.
Is your size in stock? The product will arrive at The Pilot & Crew Store in approximately 7 business days. We then ship it immediately to you.
Pre-Order means that you need to allow approximately 7 to 10 business days to have your order Delivered At Place (DAP)
Delivery Terms
- Items in stock will be shipped either the same day, or the next business day.
- Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and carrier used.
- The Pilot & Crew Store reserves the right to choose the delivery carrier. The carrier used depends on the country of destination. All International orders outside the EU will be shipped by UPS.
- The carrier will usually keep the goods for up to 7 days before returning them to us as undelivered.
- Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Separate deliveries
If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
Important Information for Customers Outside the EU
When purchasing from the Pilot & Crew Store, please note the following regarding VAT and import duties:
- VAT for Non-EU Customers:
Customers outside the European Union (EU) do not pay VAT to the Pilot & Crew Store. However, VAT may be applicable in your country and will be charged by your local customs authority, if required. - Import Duties:
Goods exported out of the EU may be subject to import duties in the destination country. Many countries have thresholds in place; if your order value is below this amount, it may be exempt from import duties. - Customer Responsibility:

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. To ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order if you have any doubts about size, color, or fit.
