SHIPPING & RETURNS

Items in stock are usually shipped the same day or the following day. We will order items that are not in stock from the supplier / factory. In this case, please take into account a delivery time of approximately 5 business days.

We will always contact you we need to order the items from the supplier / factory.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code with which you can track the status of your shipment. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. International orders are delivered within 5 business days, depending on the destination. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

At the Pilot & Crew Store we pay a lot of attention to providing you correct information of our products. All products offered on our website are of high quality, that's what we stand for.

In order to prevent exchanges and returns, and thus also save the environment a bit, we are always happy to help. All our items fit normally, meaning, not extremely larger or smaller. If this is the case, it will be mentioned on our website.

You are also welcome to visit us by appointment. 

In the unlikely event that you have ordered the wrong size, you can always return / exchange the item within 14 days. The costs for returning are at your expense.

Returned item(s) must be in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, changed or worn (except for fitting) and that all labels are still attached to the item.

 

  • If the item needs to be repackaged, we charge €10,- packaging costs.
  • Items that are returned and are unsaleable will not be credited.
  • Hosiery items cannot be returned from a hygienic point of view.

 

SHIPPING TO THE NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM

Your order will be delivered at your place by either DPD or DHL. You have the possibility to mention or select a different delivery address during checkout.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Your order will be delivered at your place by UPS. When it comes to reliability and speed of delivery, our experience is that UPS is the best out there. You have the possibility to mention or select a different delivery address during checkout.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

The Pilot & Crew Store can ship Worldwide. Customers outside Europe are requested to contact us for shipping rates if not mentioned during checkout. Shipping rates are based on the number of items and therefor the weight of the package.

Please contact us, we will give you a competitive shipping rate. We use UPS as a standard shipping partner for all long-distance shipments. To avoid unnecessary delays, UPS will also do customs clearances, so you don't have to.

When all articles of your order are in stock, we will prepare your package immediately for shipping. If an article(s) is not in stock, we will inform you and communicate an estimate delivery time.

 

TRACK EN TRACE

As soon as your package is handed over to DPD or DHL, you will receive an email from us with a track and trace code which will allow you to follow the status of the shipment. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package can be delivered at your neighbours, or a second attempt will be done the next day or it will be delivered at a pickup point for you to pick up. Either way, please check your mailbox for a notice which will be left behind by the courier.

If your package will be left at a pickup point, it needs to be picked up within a week. After a week it will be sent back to the Pilot & Crew Store.
